H.Dipak (HD) is a leading importer, manufacturer and exporter of diamonds having its sales, marketing & manufacturing office at Mumbai. HD also owns manufacturing units at Navsari. HD is one of the emerging group in the Gem & Jewellery Industry. HD has staff strength of more than 1300 workers in Mumabai & Navsari.

The real challenges before HD were as follows:
