Lemon Technologies offers you DocuMate, a complete Knowledge & Document Management Software tool for all types of offices. It is a Windows based user-friendly software that handles Document Issue, Return, Transmition and other details using different criteria. It is available in single-user and multi-user versions.

DocuMate maintains detailed database of various documents created internally or externally as well as inventory of the same. We can prepare hard & soft copies of documents through DocuMate. User Information gives more flexibility to organize your data, to keep track of the outstanding and to exercise a better control over individual transactions. DocuMate gives you total control over every single aspect of the program and therefore can be configured to work identical to your existing transactions. On-line help is provided in a very simple language for the user to understand each and every feature and option. Besides all these, DocuMate has many functionalities and features to explore.

DocuMate monitors links between your documents and any associated reference files, informing you if any links are broken and allowing you to repair these links without the need of the native program.

DocuMate has been developed in Visual Basic 6.0 as a Front End and MS Access as Back End.

  • Customize DocuMate to populate database fields according to the information contained in the file name

        • License No.
        • License Valid From
        • License Valid To
      • If Document type is Agreement then
        • Name of first party 
        • Name of second party
        • Agreement for the year or period
  • Search of documents is easy by Name and Additional attributes
  • You can mark document or template as Active / In-Active, So other can use that document for any process if that document is active.
  • DocuMate incorporates a stringent multi level security feature thereby giving the management complete control on each and every action of each and every user at various levels such as

    3. Form level
    4. Event level
