The real challenges before Sheetal were as follows:

Time consumed for the processing of payroll has been reduced to twenty hours from the previous time period of 4-5 days per month. The entire function is now handled by just two persons with all legal compliances.
  • Better Legal compliance: With the implementation of software, better planning gets possible under various Labour Laws and Income Tax Act. In addition to that, deductions under various laws are calculated through software. These leads to better compliance of applicable Labour Laws and Income Tax Act.
