  • Fixed Salary
    An employee whose salary is fixed regardless of the work done by him or his attendance falls under this category.
  • Attendance-wise Fixed Salary
    In case of employees whose salary is dependent of his attendance, the software provides for Attendance Wise Fixed-Salary.
  • Wages/Daily Rated
    This category covers employees appointed on Wages. In this category, remuneration is calculated based on the working point system. This working system policy is designed by the employer or may be based on requirement.

PaySoftTM has been written in forth generation language of PL/SQL and we have chosen Devloper2000 6i as a Front End and Oracle 8i / 9i  as Back End.
